Sometimes, there may be disputes among team members about who should have access to the code. If the disputes get acrimonious, one side may lock the other side out or cause other issues

It's our strong preference to remain a neutral party in these matters, both for our liability and for your security. However, in the event of an irreconcilable dispute among team members, we determine ownership via the following order of precedence:

  1. Account Admin - If one party is an admin and the other party is not, the account admin always wins. This is why you should grant account admin privileges with extreme care, as admins can remove you from the account or delete your code.
  2. Billing Contact - In the event of a dispute among admins, the address associated with the billing information wins. Please be sure to keep your billing information current. If you've had a contractor open a ProjectLocker account on your behalf, make sure to take ownership of it as soon as possible.

Please note that under no circumstances will we grant access to other users' passwords or credentials.
