If your card expires or otherwise cannot be billed, we email the billing email address to notify them. If this happens several times, your account may automatically be cancelled. To fix this:

Enter Your Revised Card Details

Please enter your updated credit card details by doing the following:

  1. Log into ProjectLocker Portal.
  2. Click your name, then click the Billing link that appears in the drop-down.
  3. Follow the instructions to update your card.
  4. Open a new Help ticket in Help or email support@projectlocker.com to have us attempt to bill and reactivate the account. 

Notify Us To Reactivate Your Account

Open a help ticket in ProjectLocker Portal to request reactivation. A support representative will attempt to bill the new card (ProjectLocker employees do not have access to the card information) and will reactivate your account when it has been successfully billed.
